X-Large Emerald Beryl Sphere, Feldspar Quartz & Biotite Schist Matrix, Bahia Brazil (80.1mm)

This extra-large 80.1mm fully polished Green Emerald (Green Beryl) sphere from Bahia, Brazil is a substantial collector’s piece weighing over 1.5 pounds. Light-green, Emerald crystals occur individually and in clusters throughout a varied Feldspar, Quartz and Biotite Schist matrix, including areas where the natural geometric crystal outlines remain clearly visible. Contrasting black Biotite, a striking deep reddish mineral inclusion, small areas of pinkish-red coloration and traces of Pyrite give this large sphere plenty to discover as it is turned.

Please note: This is a natural mineral sphere with thin internal fractures that reach the polished surface in some areas, along with light natural indentations and two small, raised areas that have been polished smooth. These are natural characteristics of the material and are shown in the listing photos.
