This one-of-a-kind small 36.3mm Pietersite sphere features a vivid combination of gold and red chatoyancy, with bright golden fibers dominating much of the piece and catching the light especially well. Red chatoyancy appears throughout in smaller veins, both on its own and beneath portions of the gold. Natural Quartz inclusions and several areas of silvery-white fibrous mineral inclusions add further contrast and detail. The sphere has a fine polish, with several thin white natural mineral veins visible beneath the polished surface that cannot be felt on their own.
