This distinctive medium-size Sumatra Amber from Indonesia is professionally cut and fully hand polished into a semi-rounded freeform shape with a deep, dark body color and unusually prominent blue to blue-green coloration that can become visible under bright overhead lighting. Its most eye-catching feature is a large creamy-white natural inclusion on one side, accompanied by several smaller inclusions around the opposite side. When illuminated from behind, the Amber transforms into a rich glowing red, while under UV light it produces a vivid blue, fluorescent reaction. This piece comes from a special batch I personally imported directly from Indonesia approximately 10 years ago and have held onto ever since.
